On my undergrad, my poetry teacher made me throw snowballs at a wall, light fires and sword fight in the hopes that it would make us better writers. Something must have clicked because I'm now a lifestyle journalist based in London, writing for the likes of Time Inc. UK, VICE and more.
I graduated from the University of Warwick's Creative Writing BA in 2014, then became an editorial assistant for the ladies at Sassy Media Group in Hong Kong. After over a year, I struck out on my own to freelance for people like MUNCHIES, Ideal Home, InStyle UK, Trusted Reviews, The Culture Trip, Hong Kong Tatler, Leisure Pass Group, WCity and more. After that, I skipped over to London and became digital assistant for Marie Claire UK.
I'm now training to be a multimedia journalist over my masters in Arts and Lifestyle Journalism at London College of Communication, though I still freelance to afford essentials like Michael Bolton CDs, house plants and a Netflix subscription. (You can find my portfolio here, if that's a thing you're interested in.)
If you want to work together on something cool, need a writer for a project or you're a Nigerian prince, give me a little shout at firstname.lastname@example.org.
